Carefully filled out the forms, wrote the check and mailed off today, with all the suggestions provided through this great new site and Cruffler, including the cover letter to the sheriff.

I ordered my recordkeeping book from Brownell's. Can't wait to send my C&R licenses to all the gun & ammo merchants in the country!!!

Yeee Haaa, I might be getting myself a Romanian SKS for Christmas. Hope it's only 4 weeks. This is going to be as hard a wait as the CHL was, like 45 days.

You won't regret it. Other than the constant yerning for weapons, which I had anyway. And being broke :(

I have an Enfield No4 MkII on the way. All matching. I'll post some pics when it gets here.

I finally got off my ass and sent for my C&R as well. first pick up I am gonna do like Rifleman and get a Mk4 No.2 Enfield, then it's a M-39. I can definitely see this getting expensive!

Supposedly those YUGO SKS's will be in around that time according to I/O....Might be perfect timing!!!

Yesterday, email went down at work. Fucking idiot at tech support couldn't even see me logged on at provider end. Couldn't ping their name, but could if I substituted IP address for the name.

Of course, we had to want to reinstall everything my end. Didn't happen.
