Just thought I would show off some of the goodies that I've aquired with my C&R.

Those are wonderful specimens. Did you refinish the wood on any of them?- they're beautiful.

They are beauties. I see a "man's gun" (inside PDX joke) on the bottom. FR8 is No. 2 on acquisition list. I NEED A BETTER BOOK COVERING THE ONES that aren't covered in my "Military Small Arms of the 20th Century," 7th Edition, by Hogg and Weeks.

Man they all look so shiny. LOL.

Thanks for the favorable comments on my rifles. I have refinihsed the wood on all of them but the shine is coming from the light that was used to take the picture. The FR-8 is definately my favorite of the bunch, it will rattle your teeth so I use a slip on recaoil pad to shoot it but it is a blast to shoot.

Scottsw1,
I won't argue with you on that sissy pad, it only took one shot for me to realize I needed one too. I weighed in at 360 at the time and worked construction, and the workout I got at work didn't mean a thing when the firing pin hit the primer, or when I thought all hell broke loose, either way one shot was all it took.
Wish mine had looked that good, you did a fine job.
