Just wanted to give a big :up: to Chris at AIM for his help with a couple of questions that I had regarding an order. I'm sure these guys get hundreds of calls each day, but Chris took the time to check my order, answer my questions, and was extremely helpful and courteous. I have had experiences with other vendor's so called customer service reps that have not been pleasant. It's obvious to me that AIM's success is largely due to having folks like Chris on their staff. Thanks, and keep up the good work! :up:
