Century has a bunch of spare parts for the 98....PN#pam98079
Front sight ring...Does that sound right?
10 for $1.50 1 for .25 BUT then you'll have to buy another gun, since the minimum order is $50.....

Shoot an email off to Redstar...I'm sure he is\will be\in the process of ordering stuff from Century....The man can't go five minutes without being on the phone with some gun company!:D
I won't presume to speak for him,but I'm pretty sure he'd grab a few for you while ordering....

whos2kno,
You can get a sight hood from SARCO in New York, Springfield Sporters in Penn Run PA and probably Gun Parts / Numerich Arms Corp of West Hurley NY. There go forth and get your sight hood! ;)

Thats numerich and it will cost you 5 to 9 bucks for shipping for a .25 cent part but that saves you a new gun......and you won't have to cook din din:p
