I don't think anyone here really shoots these. Just in case any one does tho
-lit matches to stay on the firing line at all times
-lit matches to be supervised at all times
-loading to be carried out at a 4 metre distance to the rear of the firing line
-shooters using matches to maintain a distance of 4 metres from any other shooter or sources of blackpowder
-distances to be increased depending on conditions and discretion of range captain.
- no powder to be carried anywhere on the shooter (eg. "apostles" or priming flask)
- (all shooters) maximum 125 grams (1/4 pound) to be carried in any one powder horn
- (all shooters) all horns to have a "blow out plug" or weak spot
