Hi Cap Mags.
What works and what doesn't?
Personal experience or links to related discussions appreciated.

Eagle works if you get the smoked ones (they are 30 rounds). Avoid the 50 rounder stick mags they are junk... But the 50 rounds drums are good if you can find them... All of the steel lips are good...

I have never had a problem with the Butler Creek Hotlips 25 rounders. If you want even better mags, get the BC Steel lips.

The Eagle ones I have work, buttler creeks, especally the steel lips, after you get the mags get a ramline loader. makes shooting the things a dream.

I forgot about the buttler creeks, they a good mag. If you get a speed loader they work best with the buttler creeks, the lips on the eagle are the same shape as the factory mags and the speedloaders work so so with them.

p.s. this info from a SAR mag article on Norrell FA 10/22's (my dream gun) written during the AWB. Personally, I have had no problem with the new 50-rd drums. Maybe i am lucky, though.
