I pushed in the pin that keeps it from turning, but can't turn it more that 1/8 of a turn. If I use something to ge a little more leverage should it twist off, or is there something I'm missing? I don't want to force it if I'm doing something wrong.

Also, I ordered my receiver today. :jump: I went with a Global 1mm and spent a little extra to have it marked pistol and to match the serial number to the one on my kit. Not really necessary, but it's a nice touch. If the parts kit was mismatched, I probably wouldn't have worried about the SN, but I think it will be a little nicer matching the number stamped on the trunion, carrier, etc. to the receiver.

Don't worry about it man, It took me asking to figure out that the threads on AKs are usually left hand threaded.

Most are left-handed but Bulgarian AK-74 muzzle bakes are right-handed.
