Any Saiga owners in San Jose CA area, I need assistance

I am currently working on a new SVD Drag set for the Saiga rifle.
Any 308 owners in the South Bay area that would be willing to let me
measure your Siaga for stock fitting specs?

I have the butt stock pretty much covered, but I need to measure and
design a mounting system for a set of Drag type hand guards. If I can
make the hand guards work, I would furnish the person, who can drop by my shop for an hour or so, with a compimentary set, when they are completed.

The sooner the better, as I want to get these parts rolling asap.
