Have a Mas 49/56 waiting to be shot and did not want to stock up on corrosive ammo. Anyone know a good source for non-corrosive 7.5 French?
Thanks.

They may not have updated the site so call and make sure you tell them 7.5 French not 7.5 Swiss. Last time I talked with them they were selling a lot of both and the potential for confusion was high by their account. I got 500rds of new, boxer primed, brass cased, noncorrosive, Portugese ammo delivered for $250.00. So far I've had no problem with it in my 36 or my 49/56. HTH

Yep, Richard beat me too it. Coles is da place AFAIK.
You can take 6.5 Swedish Mauser brass and neck expand it to .30 caliber then size it to set the shoulder back about 1 mm then trim 1 mm off of the neck if I remember my tirvia correctly.
Got a buddy that makes his own brass out of the 6.5 Swed for his 49/56 Maas rifle. I've shot it and it's not a bad rifle for accuracy. He tuned the trigger and machined the front sight post down for a finer sight picture.
The sucker really flings the brass though. If you are going to reload for it, I suggest you make a brass catcher up or a soft barrier for the brass to bounce into to keep them from getting lost. It will shoot the brass out at about 2:00 up to 15 yards away!
