What do think? I've heard lots of horror stories about the 49/56 conversion but the "36" seemed to do OK.

I could kick myself for not getting one from www.burnsbro.com
when they had em' like new in wrap in original caliber.....I'd still like to have one of each,7.5 and .308 in VG-EX.......

I got mine in 7.5 from Classic Arms for $69.95 handpicked. I'd rate it at VG+ no problem. Bore is nice and the finish, while a little thin around the sharper areas is still strong. Wood cleaned up pretty nice and is matching in color. Bolt and receiver #'s match but not the wood. HTH
