Need help removing scrap from Sten MK3

Anyone have any hints on how to remove the scrap receiver from my parts. I can't seem to find any place that has detailed instructions. I don't know what I need and what I don't.

use a small cut off wheel on a dremmel tool thats what i used when i built my display

The best way is to turn it on a lathe, it will ensure your parts are all the same dia. which in turn will make for a easier and safer build. I picked up a lathe at a tractor supply store for a little over $400.00, works wonders.
