Nice Rifles! The M1A has been on my "to buy" list for years.

Yeah I think I'm going to get one of these soon. It is damn hard for me to spend over a grand on one rifle, but I really want one. I'm thinking Springfield Armory "loaded" M1A with the stainless barrel. Whatcha think? Is that a good choice?

1. yes for sure. I always loved these M1A's. I dont believe for a moment that the M-16 was supeiror. But then agian I like a heavier round and always felt that .308 was a good choice.
2. Worth the investment.

Is it a good Choice?!!! Hell YES it's a good choice! In fact it's just about the BEST choice anybody can make! Unless it's NRA Service Rifle and HighPower competition then the AR-15 will rule out to 600 yards. However, they don't have it for the 1,000 yard matches. Back to the M1A for Service Rifle. 80 gr. bullets no matter how aerodynamic just can't cut 1,000 yds.! :D
