full view of my KAR 88 made 1890 and is S marked
for the 1905 alteration chamber only to shoot modern
8mm (323) ammo original bore size was .318.
However the barrells were too thin and some burst.

This particular carbine became a private purchase some
time after 1905 It is unit marked to the 16 Prussian
Dragoons Headquarters Unit.

This is a mod. 1930 Persian camel carbine in
8mm made by the Czechs for the Persian.
Has the Persian Crest and all numbers are in
Farsi. Very interesting gun to shoot with
8mm heavy ball ammo. David.
