Handguard wobble

I just bought a 20" upper with the normal cheap handguards and the triangle style handguard cap. The handguards wobble a bit back and forth. It seems that it's the cap that is the problem. Is this normal? Is there a way to keep the handguard cap from moving?

Sorry, it wobbles around the barrel like it's rotating around the barrel. It's not too bad but just a bit annoying. I have a Bushy M4 clone and thats rock solid. ( this was a cheaper upper that I just bought ) I thought maybe the FSB wasn't keeping the cap tight enough. ( if thats what holds the cap on )

Thats kind of what I figered. Every one I have ever used has done that. It never bothered me. I take it the cap moves a little bit with the handguards? If so, you could try a bead of metal poxy around where the cap and FSB meet. Very small and try to work it between the two. But if I were you I would just live with it. ;)
