Hornady 12 Gauge TAP ammunition

I'm looking for opinions & experiences with Hornady's 12 Gauge TAP (http://www.midwayusa.com/mediasvr.dll/highresimage?saleitemid=439733) ammunition. Does it's effectiveness warranty the cost? Tell me your stories and let me know what you think about it.

Only know one person that tried it and he was not impressed, he told me that it was a waste of money, But sometimes this person doesn't really understand what he is supposed to be looking for in performance or what a certain type of ammo is supposed to do. The only thing he did with it was shoot a 55 gallon barrel full of water, and he tells me that it was not any better than anything else that he has tried in same line of ammo, or same type of ammo from another mfg. Sorry that I could not be any more helpfull.
