anyone familar with the EasyLoader?
Does it work hand held or need to be secured to a piece of plywood to be clamped to a benchtop or truck tailgate? Also, how does the LULA loader work? one round at a time right? just saves wear on your fingers?
Thanx

Not framiliar with the EasyLoader, but the LULA is a kick.

Works great. Personally I enjoy loading magazines 1 round at a time and I just use stripper clips for those "unknown" situations, so I've never purchased one for myself.

I've got an EASYLOADER for 5.45x39.

It doesn't need to be mounted, just hand operated. One hand on the mag, one on the loading lever --- zippp!

It works very well, 20 rounds at a time, with my polymer coated Wolf brand ammo., but does not seem to like the old lacquered ammo. at all.

With the Poly stuff, it zips right in, and certainly spares the thumb a lot of abuse.

BTW, no, the 5.45 does NOT load 5.56 into AR mags. I've tried...
