So is this successful for the AR in this cailber? Don't hear to much about it.

the AR-10 is quite a succesful big brother to the AR-15.
Also the Stoner SR-25 is the rifle in it's original form. (I think)
I believe many "tactical team" police units use the Stoner.
But I am not an expert, there are many people here that know much more than I...
