Purshased a 10/22 Carbine, Curently have an AMD-65 i got a few weeks back, and i love folding stocks, About the only thing ive seen thus far for the 10/22 that i like is the Butler Creek side folder, How good/Strong are these things?

Id also like to change the mag release, whats the best extended one out there?
Also an auto bolt release, what are the best options for this?

As far as mags, im happy with the stock mag, Though id be interested in trying some of the butler creek steel lips, Are there any mods that can be aded to the stock mag bottom like a loop or something to make pulling them out easier?

I can't help you on the folding stocks because I've never tried one on a 10/22. Same for extended mag releases.

The best release IMO is just doing the mods to the original using a Dremel. I have instructions around here somewhere but I'll have to find them.

Not sure about mag-pulls for a 10/22 mag...never thought about it!:D

I like my sidefolding BC (crap, im not 100% that it is BC.... but I believe it is). I think most of the extended mag releases are basically the same. Youll love the 10/22 though. GL with the magpul for the stock mag, I know some company made a magazine clip that would allow you to connect 4 factory mags together in a + shape. Cabelas might have it.

Yes i saw these, i was hoping someone made some sort of loop or something that would fit in the mag the same was as these connectors.

Just saw something that may work for a magpull...

J&T Distributing/Doublestar Corp has magpulls in their .pdf catalog for "subgun mags". Since the page lists 9mm AR, MP5 and STEn mags but the magpull description isn't specific you might check them out.
