12 Ga. won't eject

i have a 12 Ga. that will shot, but won't eject the shell. any suggestions? Also, i want to camo this shotgun., what is the best and cheapest way to camo a shotgun? thanks for your help.

Need more info. Is the gun new? Did it have this problem all along or is this a new problem? What type of ammo? Did you try different ammo?
