Wondering who might also want to include Tokarev T-30s or TT33s and other Tokarev variants...Is that cool here too while we are discussing Russian handguns?...

I say we either add makarov and tokarev and naget (spellng?) into one russian gun forum. OR we make this forum Makarov (9X18), and the other forum 7.62X25 forum for tokarev/cz-52, and that semi-auto version of that WWII russain SMG....

Or we could group the tok and the mak and tok together, and make a CZ pistol forum.

So either group them my caliber, or by country?

I agree with putting them in a russian guns catagory so we can include other things like the nagant etc as well. Lets face it we AK guys are a lot more open minded than others and, as such can enjoy and include a larger number of toys(guns) in our activites and interests. The more the merrier!!! Its why Im here and not at AR-15.xxx..................oops, sorry bout that!!!

Yes, by all means, add the Tok...just make sure that it's still headed Makarov/Tokarev/Nagant forum, or something to that effect.

Ditto. I've got a Tokarev and CZ52. Love 'em. Plan to get a Mak. It would be great to include them in the forum, either here or in separate category. Is Bulgarian the way to go now? I wanted E.German, but can't seem to find one in SGN these days.

I cant speak for everyone But I love them because thy feel so good thy carry so well thy point so well thy endure abuse so well thy look badass thy are virtually problem free ammo is cheap and most of all I love them because antigun freaks hate them.It also may have somthing to do with nostalga as I have been on the reciving end of ak's and SKS's if anything will get your respect for a gun that will do it.It seams the Soviets bungeld most everything thy tried but one thing thy can do right is make guns,witness the 7.62x54R cartaridge the longest continuously used military cartaridge ever it is still in use today after 100 years witness the Kalishnikov the most widly used assult rifel ever made.I dont own a dragunov yet but somday when my ship comes in awww well you know what I mean.

I recommend we change the name to 'Russian Cold War and Warsaw Pact Handguns" This would be a good blanket for all the commie-bloc weapons, including Nagant revolvers but excluding post-collapse weapons, like the CZ100. Etc-etc.
