I have a double wide I purchased new several years ago. Since day one I have had a problem when using the washer. Periodically the water backs up in the pipe that the washer's drain hose goes into. NEVER EVER had this problem when my old trailer was sitting on the same spot. BTW, had the septic tank cleaned recently with no change.
With this limited info does anyone have any suggestions?

there is a little trap about 3 feet from the top of that drain pipe. it may be inside the wall or visible. you might have some debris trapped inside the trap. you could free it with a simple hand snake from home depot or some sort of thin flexible thingy. if that does not fix the problem there is also a air vent on that pipe that allows air into the system so it will drain and not cause a vacuum in the pipe (thus causing a back-up or flow problem) look on the roof directly above the washer for a pipe exiting the roof. run your drain snake down it about 12-14 feet to make sure its clear.
If you do not have a drain vent on the roof above your washer it may be a small cap looking thing inside the wall that only allows air in when it senses a vacuum in the line. this may be faulty and will need to be replaced or removed.
good luck
