Has anyone bought one of the Saiga 100 models?

I wondering if anyone here has gotten one and has a review on them.I'm considering one in 30-06.

I want to get an'06 too, but can't find anyone who actually has one for sale, in stock.

The fact they got a Remington style Mag kills it for me.

Still need a hands on to see if a BAR mag would be possible.

It CANNOT take a BAR mag in any way shape or form unless you spliced the BAR mag body onto the factory mag. Might as well build an extension.

The good news is that the factory mag has a floorplate that slips over the body, vs inside the body like the S-308 mag. A mag extension would be feasible.

The follower and spring is something completely different. Ingenious to control tilt on a low cap mag, but not conducive to extending it. Would require a new spring and/or follower.

Expect to see wooden furniture in the coming months that brings its style back in line with the Saigas we know and love.
