I just bought this new in the box and didnt think at the time to ask what it was, anyway its ugly and it feels like plastic if you run your nail across it,it looks as if sombody took a dremel to it?

That was where the EAA markings were, but since the Russians did not send that shipment, they ground them off and put the RAAC markings on them.
