If you can breath, blink, and feed yourself then you can change a 10/22 barrel. Once you take the stock off you'll see how to remove it. It's as simple as possible. Loosen allen screw, remove barrel, insert barrel, tighten allen screw.

Hey, I can only do two of the three unassisted and I can change 10/22 barrels...

Once you remove the stock you'll see the block that holds the barrel. It's held in with 2 Allen head screws, T-25's IIRC.

Remove the 2 screws and slide the barrel out. Make sure to keep track of the V-block as it will probably fall off.

Hold the V-block in place on the barrel and slide the assembly into the receiver, insert the screws and tighten them down. You might find it easier to slide the barrel part way in and then insert/tighten the screws. I think it depends on your screwdriver/Allen key length.

Listen if I can do it, ANYONE can!

Other than the barrels that remove with a push of a button, they don't make it any easier!
