need help with Panther handguard removal

I just bought a used DPMS LR-308 which unfortunately arrived with no manual. Love the rifle! I need to install a sling swivel stud in the hand guard. Can anyone tell me how to remove and re-install the aluminum free float hand guard? If not, can anyone provide me with direction to an online resource for this information? DPMS manuals are not available online.
