I have a couple of questions maybe you guys could help me with. I've been thinking about getting one of those b-square scope mounts for my Mosin that replaces the rear sight leaf. How much eye relief would I need for the scope? Also, if anyone has tried the 8mm Turk or Romanian surplus ammo in their Yugo M48, which one performs better? Thanks

Can't help you with the scope, I never scope my C&R weapons.
The ammo you should use in the Yugo M48 would be any euro/comblock ammo. The Turk ammo will shoot about a foot high at 100 yards. There's volumes about this subject written here and on the General Discussion forum. If you do a search under 'Turk ammo' you'll find a bunch of the posts. Shuetzenman is very well versed in this subject and clued me in when I first fired my Turk with Euro ammo (it does the same thing that way too). These rifles were sighted in and designed for specific bullet weights and the Turk is different from the euro stuff.
Hey- welcome to the board, hope you decide to stick around!

Sorry I can't help you, but its a pleasure to welcome new members.
