:jump: First time out with a Robinson Arms Recon M96-Well I think that I posted that I(my wife) had bought a"full boat" M96-meaning one with 2 spare barrel set up-It can be flipped from a Rifle to a carbine and then to a top feed. What a neat gun-Brought back some Stoner memories,These baby really put out the rds. :handgun: Big time-I used some GI ball in the stripper clips, which made reloading quick :bump: If I had known just how slick this rifle is-I would have "harpooned" one sooner.I tried it as a top feed and as the rifle-just great with out a hitch-It went over so well at my home that now my wife wants one-She was the one that wanted me to have it for my birthday(July)-But this old dog just couldn't wait.So now I will buy her one for her birthday also in July.So if any of you guys or girls have any spare parts for them-let me know-I'm also interested in a folding stock for it,or another rifle with a folding stock if any one has one to sell-Just wanted to fan the air with my new toy - I think its just great  and every one should own 1,2 or?my best-Frenchy :zpeeonfra :sniper:

I have an M96 Expeditionary and it really ruined me. Soft recoil, accurate, and flawless. Mine is one of the early ones, so I upgraded a few things, and sent parts back to Robinson for their free manditory upgrades. If I could only keep a handful of my rifles, the M96 would be a keeper.

:) Ya-I guess I'm very lucky-when I read statements like-"I have to hide it before my wife see it"????really seems starnge to me.About the only thing my wife really is not in favor of was Sky Diving. She like flying, but feels jumping out of any aircraft makes no since to her.Rifles and pistol are usefull she says and fun to shoot(i have to clean them). But her reaal hobby is collecting dolls, and takeing care of our little guys. But at least nether of us have to hide the our toys--my best-Frenchy :zpeeonfra
