California Dragunov owners

I just checked the California Department of Justice website http://caag.state.ca.us/firearms/

and saw they had just updated the list of rifles falling under the assault weapon description. To my relief the Dragunov is not listed. It still could be added later but as well all know that would be rediculous because they only accept low-cap mags. i saw this today also, this decision came a lot sooner than expected, and is still sticking with the old list from late july, if you look at the orginal text back in july it says that on Oct 1 they will have a updated precise ban list -- notice how the hungarians were not listed or the romanian SARs ?
i expect them to in Oct, dont do anything until after oct1 just to make sure, notice they mention a kalashnikov hunter which i guess means saiga, but saiga is NOT specificly listed by name --- theres a lot of room for interpretation here

calnra.org and crpa.org have NOT mentioned this ruling on there websites as of today

and on the 8th day GOD made the AK-47 and saw that this was good
