Welcome to the forum...
I have not played with one of those rifles, but have used ones that are similar. I would first have to say that the rifle may need a good cleaning, there are probably some stuck parts. The rifle should keep the bullets flat untill you are loading the round and a cam pushes the bullet up at an angle for proper loading. If that does not work then you probably have a worn part or two

Anyone have a pic of these? I can't say I've ever seen one in these parts...

ok thanks ,the rifle is brand new so ill give it a good clean up and see how it goes ,maybe theres some packing grease still in it or maybe it just needs a good working in

There's a greater than zero chance it's both.

And BTW, :welcome::up:

Ive finally sorted it out after lots of cleaning and swearing ,the problem was due to shit chineze work (maybe they should pay their workers more rice)of the magazine ,the gun is a direct copy of a BRNO so I bought a BRNO mag and it works fine ,apart from that its an excellent gun .
