Rainy day at the range today. Fog rolled in and anything past the 50yd line was a haze. Shot my LN Yugo against my preban Norinco SKS. Both did about the same as far as accuracy. Nothing great at the 50yd just blasting really but groups stayed around 4". I was not trying to shoot for group just having fun. I'll wait until I can get some 100yd range time without the fog. Both fed and functioned great with the TIGER Hollow Point from Barnaul. The Yugo fed from the stripper clips a lot slicker than the Norinco. The Yugo hangs pretty good but the extra weight at the muzzle is definetly noticeable. The Norinco was quicker to get on target with. All in all I'm very pleased with my new purchase. The extra weight does dampen the recoil some though it's not much to begin with. I was able to put 10rds on the target at 50yds before the first empty case hit the ground. Kinda nice. Hope you other fellas like your's as much.

Umm. Sorry 1 Pat, I checked with Santa and he says you can look forward to coal this year. Your wife said something worse and I won't repeat it here.

Thanks for the report Richard!

Whoa, 4" at 50 yds. I'd be really interested in hearing about it when you do try to shoot for groups. My norinco SKS-D will bang an 8" plate at 200 yards all day.
