I have removed all the internals, 2ndary axis pins, triggerguard. Now I am down to the bare receiver. What to do now?

This is where a detailed tuorial would come in handy. Cobra's tutorial is not the same direction as mine so while cool, its value to my project is limited.

I know I need a G2 and will have to grind the hammer, that I can do.

Where to I get a safety stop and how will it be fastened?

How will I know where to cut the PG hole?

You probably didn't get far enough in my tutorial to get all the info you need. I suggest you wade thru it and see how much does pertain to your project. The reason it's so long is I covered all the needed info. Small things like exactly where to grind the hammer (incl. the right side of the axis for the BHO) and the easiest solution to the leftover axis holes (99 cent 3/16" nylon hole plugs that pop right in and look like rivets) You can also rivet your TG instead of using screws for a more professional look. I also posted some more pics in your other thread.
Have fun!

Well, I broke my Trigger guard. What other options do I have?

Rivets- what does it take to set rivets? where to buy?

I want to make this gun as good as possible. papa

Not to sound like a broken record but I covered all that too...
