Muzzle Breaks on Saiga 12ga.

I've heard that muzzle breaks do not really make much of a difference in the felt recoil of the Saiga 12ga. shotguns. Is this true? If so, would a flash hider be more useful?

I can feel a difference with the Tromix one compared to my Russian FH.

Personally, I don't think that the Saiga12 has much recoil at all.
