Blank or dummy round needed

Can anybody make one for me or direct me in the right direction? I bought a couple in other calibers from LETARGETS.COM, but they didn't have 7.62. They had ones with orange plastic crimped on brass. No primer. Can one of you reloaders do me a favor? Would be interested in two or three. Name a price. Just ask that they be identifiable/distinguishable from live ammo.

Might want to specify which 7.62. 7.62x39(M43 short Russian), x51 (.308), x54(Russian), or x63(30/06)?
