i ordered a survival kit for my bushy.i ordered the wrong one.
ordered the one with the a1 site tool instead of the one with the a2 site tool.

called up customer service , there going to ship me an a2 site tool free of charge and told me to just keep the othe one.

great company and great products. :up:

I bought a barrel from them. They forgot to drill the gas port in it of all things. Least thats what I "diagnosed". Called em up about 3 months after I had received the darn thing. Well past the 30 day return mark. Asked if I could have it taken back to have it looked at because I diagnosed it to be such and such. He started asking me questions and how I came to that conclusion. After I explained my story, he definately agreed with me that it was lacking a gas port. Apologized and said with the rush of getting stuff out the door, some things slip through. So he wrote up the work order and had a pre-paid UPS label emailed to me. Shipped it out and had it back in 2 weeks (UPS ground both ways). Work order said 1 gas port had been drilled, and sure as shit it ran flawlessly. :up:


Great customer service. I definately agree.

Sounds like customer service isn't an issue. It does sound like they need to work on quality control though.

I bought that barrel back during the "surge." Basically everyone and their mother were buying up no-ban config barrels and the Dissipators were limited runs.

Shit happens... least it aint purple :D
