total newb need help... big time Saiga rifle

here is what i really want...
a dragunov sniper rifle style
i guess i cannot afford a authentic dragunov but i am really interested in something that will look very closely to it
as in right now i am looking into a .223 saiga rifle change the stock and scope etcetc i mean the saiga goes for around 250 bucks... and that is really what i wanna spend
can anyone help me on this? i am looking into a good/inexpensive gun pretty acurate too

any sugestions???
