Long walks and shot peirs come to mind also, but barring the concrete footwear there's more we can do then letter writing.

Check out Alipac. I've been printing and posting their bilingual flyers all around. It really pisses people off. :jump: Harassing them helps too just be ready for some shit. It's a start.
