I think I'll bite on the M44. I need a shooter M44 to keep my "in the wrap" one fresh and clean for posterity.

Do their M44s have matching numbers? I want one with matching numbers but am having trouble finding one. I know they exist, I saw one but the guy wanted $180, good grief!

Last time AIM had a "big one day blow out sale" I picked up 2 M44's for $29 each. Neither had matching numbers and I doubt the $39.99 guns will be any different.

It was a great value for the money though!

A word to the wise for anyone who wants to take advantage of this deal - the guns will go fast! Last time they sold out by 10:30 in the morning.

I don't know if the rifles "in the wrap" are matching or not.

Mine was, even the buttplate matched. The bolt was stamped out and restamped at the arsenal, not electropenciled, so that counts. :D

When I called about matching numbers they said "i dunno, its wrapped up." So I passed. Thanks for your input.

All numbers matching on both of mine, reciever,bolt,floorplate and buttstock...fine rifles at the $69.00 price...I may grab 2 more before they dry up...last time 250 were gone in less than a day!

If you want to take advantage of this sale you must have a C&R ink signed FFL on file with them or they wont take your order. glad I sent mine out a year ago I think Ill get 2 of the m44s
