How many Armatlite owners are out there? I own one but I noticed that this forum really does not have many posts. Is this rifle not as popular as other 308 rifles?

IMHO AR-10's will never be as popular as the Big Three (M14-FAL-G3)


Due to the lack of Milspec parts, or any spare parts...Not to mention the price of mags....or the fact the Big 3 offer better ruggedness..


Now a REAL AR-10 would be kick ass....but they start at $16K....


Don't get me wrong, I am no trying to bash the AR-10...I will probably pick one up one again, one of these years...but I would never use it for a SHTF gun....

I've owned three AR-10's over the years and my current AR-10 carbine is my FAVORITE AR.
