Let me cast my vote fore all of the above. Unless this thing comes with a golden brick this guy is just another of the many con-artists out there on these auction sites (do some scouting and get a NDM86 for about the same price or cheaper). Not that one can't find some good deals at these auction sites, but buyer beware.

Good advice TB guy. If anyone clicks that link but does not see the photo, this is a Tigr model with the commercial buttstock (Not military). He is trying to claim this is a SVD sniper and I guess looking for a sucker who will spend $2000 for a $1200 rifle.
