Loose gas piston

There is a small gap between my bolt carrier, and the gas piston. The piston will also wiggle just a little. It dosn't want to hand tighten and I don't want to force it with vise grips or anything.
Is this a problem, how do I fix it,or should I not worry about it.

Nope, its not a problem. Just leave it alone. The whole thing has some give to allow the piston and carrier to ride easily in the channels.

I want to add that I've seen some SAR's and WASR's that had no play at all in the piston, which is not how it should be.

After about 700 rounds my piston in the WASR loosened up.
