single stack mag question

are all single stack mags the same? will they all work for any single stack gun. i have a kbi sa2000m and i have found a good deal on mags for the Maadi MISR 10. will they work? let me know.

All I know is that Romanian & MISR are not compatable.
The MISR is thinner than the double stack for the entire length (front to back).
The Rumanian is thinner for maybe the front third only.
