How to modify the Yugo side rail to accept PSO-1 scope

Is there any one who every modified the Yugo side rail to accept PSO-1 type scope? Did you grind down on one side or both sides? Whta kind of tools are the best to do this job? Any tips? TIA

I've talked to people who've done it,but haven't done it myself. Some people modify the rail on the rifle,others modify the mounting bracket on the scope itself. One guy that modified the scope did it himself with a Dremel and said it was fairly easy to do,but that's all I can tell you.
