windage shift ???

ok, here's what happened.

i shoot mainly wolf through my ar, i have had good results with it accuracy wise. actually won a few competitions with it.

any way, the last frew times out, going through the course, i couldnt hit shit.

anyway, i narrowed the problem down to running out of my last case (500 rnds) of black box stuff, and the few boxes of new stuff wouldnt group for shit.

have a few boxes of mill classic wolf too. tried them and im back to shooting good groups again.

BUT....................


now, it seems anything i shoot through it is WAY off to th e left. i adjusted the rear site to zero it, and its nearly all the way to the right side.

it grouped well before, and the site was pretty much centered?!?!?!!?

i havent dropped it or handled it roughly, afa i can remember, and i think i would remember a hit hard enough to knock things out of whack like that.

any ideas???

Is the front sight post bent by any chance? ;)

dosent appear so.

i did have one thought.

i did change out the forearm since i noticed it. i have the a1's (triangle) hg's on it so there is a left and right, i got to thinking maybe one side was pushing a little, but 1' @ 100yd ?!?!?!

ive since put the old hg's back on but havent had it out to check again yet.
