A couple of weeks ago I purchased a Saiga AK-103 from D.G.S. in Orlando. I bought it from Brad Williams in Orlando. You can check his sight out at www.williamsandsonarms.com (http://www.williamsandsonarms.com) if you ever interested. Tell him Derek aka SouthernShark sent you.

Here are some pics:

There it is by my Saiga-12.

I am pretty happy with my D.G.S. Saiga-103. It shoots great and functions properly. It had some minor paint problems, but I think that its worth the price. Once you factor in the muzzle break, the synthetic furniture, the gas block, and the such, the price seems like a good deal to me.

I like both guns & the flag. Where did you get the flag?

Thanks-

I bought the Flag from http://www.collectrussia.com/
Its a real Soviet propaganda flag, circa 1970's. Its in great shape. They have quite a few cool items there, but no guns... damnit. http://www.ak47forums.com/smile.gif

SS what did you pay for it?

I was in the first wave on these so I probably ended up paying too much. I paid 495.00 but I bet you could get one for closer to 450-475 if you tried. This is because the paint job was not good. If the paint job had been good, $495 would have been a good deal IMO. It does have nice K-var furniture, scope rails, and it does have a nicely welded muzzle break. Some people did not like the rivets which hold their pistol grip on. This I do not know about. Mine looks fine to me, but I do not claim to be an expert since this is my first AK. All the mechanicals worked fine and it shoots great. Plus it looks cool at the range.

On a cool note, it comes with a solid warrenty, they will repair it anytime up to 2 years from purchase. So its worth somewhere between 450-475 or so IMO.
