Scope mount for Pso-1

I got a mount from Tess Arms that is just a plate but they did not included how it attaches. Would anyone be able to help me with this? This one does not have any holes for rivets and is 1 inch by 3 or 4 inches long. thank you.

This mount was made in Minsk/Belerussia, and will have to be welded or drilled and riveted or screwed on in any fashion you desire that will work. It was not originally deasigned for the Kalashnikov, but is a section of the SVD type plate. I would recommend that you weld it on.
