Was wondering what are the specs. for the fastest 7.62x39 round (powerfull) and which brand makes them, for a FMJ. :confused:

I`ve never really heard of one particular loading in this cartridge being particularly hotter or faster than others.One usually gets a 123g bullet @2300 f.p.s.or so regardless of where or by whom it was made.
The small capacity of this case doesnt lend itself well to hot loads,the standard military surplus uses a fairly efficient powder and if you try to use a faster powder for the sake of velocity you will likely only get dangerous pressures.
Accept the 7.62x39 for what it is.A very good medium range combat cartridge.It will never be a .308 nor will it be a .223 but it was designed to fill a tactical venue,and it has done this for 56 years and it is still going strong.

Oh,yeah I just remembered,Corbon makes a load in 7.62x39,they usually produce souped up cartridges maybe you should check them out.
