1. Posted are the pics of what we wheeled and dealed. I hope you like them. Barrels are clean and almost shiny, all parts are 90% blued, furniture not cracked or badly dinged. Serial #s and bolt match, and kosmoline has already been cleaned out. No rust or pits my friend. Arsenal stamps are intact and dates are 1960 on the both.
2. We will have to redo the furniture though. IMO;) :D

Don't want to butt in on your arrangement guys but it would be legal for neilwest to ship the rifle to you W2K because YOU hold a license. You just need to mail a copy to neilwest.
See section 178.147 of the regulation book page 75, it states towards the bottom of the paragraph:
'A person not otherwise prohibited by Federal, State or local law may ship a firearm curio or relic to a licensed collector for any lawful purpose, and, not withstanding any other provision of this part, the licensed collector may return in interstate or foreign commerse to that person the curio and relic.'
In other words a non licensee may ship the curio and relic to a licensee. If the licensee doesn't want it or has to return it for any reason he's alowed to ship it back to the sender.
Just thought I'd let you know you don't need to wait for the license to arrive. If it was W2K shipping a rifle to neilwest, that would be illegal becuase neilwest doesn't have the license yet.
