not bad looking for something to come out of the bottom of the barrel ;)

1. as I told you the furniture wasnt the best. The original finish was typical Romanian paint. I used lemon oil and course steel wool to take it down to the wood. (Still have the cuts in my hands from the wool). Then I used course sandpaper to get all but the darkest parts out and tried to leave the dings. Then med and fine sandpaper, then I used a cherry stain, (usually use dk mahogany but I wanted to see what this stain would do), dry, stell wool with 0000 steel wool then gun stock finish from walmart. three coats 0000 steel wool between each, then I used cold steel blue to touch up the few spots needed, put it back together and you got it.
