Dear Fellow Members-Here's my four favorite of my 8 Mosin-Nagants.The bottom is an unrestored 1897 Sestroretsk that shoots about 1 foot groups.The next is an 1916 Ses. stock mated to a 1915 SA marked Tula that shoots 3-4 inch groups at 300 feet.Next is a 1943 M91/30 that shoots 3-4 inch groups.Last is my AIM 1944 Izhevsk that i just refinished.She shoots about 4 inch groups at 300 feet.Enjoy:)-Gearhead

Dear Neilwest and Zouave-Thanx, Neil for the compliment!I had the 1897 Sestroretsk recrowned,but she'll never do better than 1 foot groups.Finding a clean barreled M1891 action was VERY difficult-I finally bought a nice barreled action from Rick Reich.All the Finns had done was stamp it SA,slightly ground the rear of the front sight,and stamped the metric distance marks on the other side of the sight!Still has the czarist Eagle!All of these guns were refinished like the M-44,although I spent the longest on the 1915 Tula,since she is my favorite of all!Zouave,did you send me e-mail?I did not receive any.If so,please send again,okay?Take care:)-Gearhead.

Nice pic....I had no idea how the sling connects on these rifles....Where can I get slings and the connector for them???
