I noticed the other day on my 54 tula if you grab the gastube between your fingers you can wobble it back and forth about
a 1\16th of an inch I noticed this as I was cleaning the rifle and at the foward position of the tube where it fits into the top of the rifle barrel you can see where gas has escaped does anyone have a fix for this or is it a problem?
the rifle has been firing OK

I have a couple like that. I never worried about it since they fire OK so I never thought of a fix for it. I suppose you could order a new Chinese or used Romanian tube for it.

Fairly normal to have some wiggle here. Sometimes you can pry out the edges of the rear handguard retainer where the pin goes through and take away some of the wooble. Of course if it ain't broke in functioning I wouldn't fix it :)
